Have you ever come in contact with a ghost? (Have you ever seen a ghost?)

  1. Nope! But my sister swears that she has seen a ghost cat in our house ... she wouldn't sleep in my house for weeks after that!

  3. I will believe it when I see it. I've seen all the shows but a noise here and there in a dark house does not convince me, I hear noises in my house every night. Have someone show up and talk to me and I will believe.

  4. I have had contact with a ghost one time when I lived in a old farm house that was used to house wounded soldiers from the civil war. It was a pleasant feeling of being tucked in at night. I felt it many times over a 2 year period. several other people who stayed there felt a touch on the arm or their back. Made me believe

  5. I had an encounter with a ghost when I was living with my friends after college. We moved into a normal house without any history after graduating from college. One night I was reading on the couch downstairs and fell asleep. I was awaken by a sensation that someone was touching my feet. I jumped up and saw a fleeting image of a young woman. It was not a mean spirit or a scary one. She just looked at me and left. But the feeling has stayed with me for many years.

  6. Has anyone done any research on the places that they have seen a ghost? Maybe something interesting came up? I have never seen a ghost either. But when I was younger I would hear things. Like I said about the pots and pans and cane walking when I stayed at my grandparents old house. Also in the house I am currently living in I have heard things. I was home alone one summer morning and was upstairs when all of a sudden I heard the basement door open and close. I was scared but I went down there and when I did the door was locked. I can still remember the sound very clearly. I get chills thinking about it.

  7. I spent two years as a production assist on the show "Ghost Hunters" and we never found/saw/came into contact with a ghost. On most days of filming we would usually just get frustrated, give up and go fishing. Our fishing skills were probably worse than our ghost hunting skills. We did catch an old dirty boot though once. Cliche.... I know. But I still have the boot to prove it.

  8. My uncle used to smoke Phillies cigars and months after he died my family was sitting around talking about him and a Phillies cigar band flew out of a heating vent and landed on my sister's lap.

  9. Beasley: That's a pretty crazy story. How do you think the band got there? I wish something like that would happen to me.
